nice painting, yet i dont like the fantasy-ish painting style on LotR minis. cant deny that it is a nicely painted mini though!

Painting for realism is rewarding, but it's sometimes fun to try different styles or go overboard with colours. :)

I agree with Ortheron. I love the technical facility of the NMM work, but I don't particularly think a mirror-chrome treatment works on a LotR model, conceptually. Beautifully done, however.

The shield is fantastic (just as the other NMM stuff), but second are the small eyes!
