I had originally converted this model to serve as Lugburz (a character of my own devising, although admittedly the name is stolen and actually refers to Barad Dur), an orc chieftan in the north who had taken his equipment from plundered tombs. That was for a campaign, now he serves double duty as a Mordor Uruk captain.

Nice conversion! Great idea using a berserker's head. They only thing that I think can be changed is the blade. It looks far too clean for an Uruk!
