I can't remember if I ever posted this picture in the original Palantir gallery.

The miniatures are actually Aragorn and Arwen made be Mithril Miniatures, but I really like the story of Beren and Luthien from the Silmarillion. These were painted with oil paints which I no longer paint with since they are time consuming.

Very impressive piece.
I really like the natural look of the scenery, looks very reallistic.
Also, the figs are fantastic painted, with the mix of colours.

This is really, really special. I, too, would like to see a tighter shot of the minis, but the base is gorgeous and I love the concept.
