Reorganization

Greetings!

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we're devoting some time to the Allegiance groups and forums this week as well.

First, many of the existing leadership posts are coming open - if you believe you have what it takes to lead your comrades and the leadership of your allegiance is open, toss your name in so you can have a chance at the top spot.

Second, we are removing many of the older/inactive members from the allegiances. If anyone is removed who wishes to "re-up" then feel free to do so.. won't take but a short time to get you back in there.

I wouldn't mind having a part in the East allegiancy but i would really like to tay in the Harad allegiance because i have got used to being there and really think it's a great allegiance.

I would imagine the Elven allegiances will stay as they are now, unless we come to an understanding otherwise that will make them stronger in the eyes of the Elves.

Rhun and Harad are being discussed. Harad will always have the ability to gain mercenaries, regardless of where the "pieces" of their old faction end up serving.

New openings will be announced this evening as well. Neither of the Elven leadership posts are open, from my recollection (yours is definitely not).

I may be interested in a leadership position in Moria. I don't have as much experience as some of the other Moria players, but do get on the site about once a day and would like to help out anyway I can. Maybe co-leading or something like that.
