Firstly, there is already a recruitment thread Here (http://www.thepalantir.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=934).

Secondly, the term Newbie is derogitory and personally as leader of the Gondor allegiance in no way condone the use of this term towards new memebers. Every member of gondor is equal and we will in no way belittle new members in this way.
